Distill America 2025(XVII)
On May 31, 2025, the 17th annual Distill America took place at historic Breese Stevens Field in Madison WI.
The special “Distillers Session” top tier ticket included a tasting featuring the Don Julio tequila portfolio.
Three more free seminar/tastings included:
1. Todd Richmond, National Whiskey Specialist – Samson and Surrey, lead guests on a journey through the Few Whiskey portfolio. The focus was on the micro distillery’s production techniques, highlighting the unique styles that have been generating a massive following over the years.
2. Lincoln Henderson launched Angel’s Envy in Wisconsin at Distill America in 2012, and the Angel’s Envy brand has been disrupting the industry ever since. David Sartoris, National Whiskey Ambassador – Angel’s Envy, gave guests a deep dive into the magic of finished whiskies and pay homage to the massive changes to the Bourbon category that started when a legend of the industry changed courses.
3. Heather Mullins, Head Distiller and Founder of Knowlton House Distillery, walked guests through their amazing process that is truly Wisconsin. Using natural milk sugars to produce award-winning Vodka and Gin, the Mullins have created a legacy that takes craft production to the highest level of excellence. This fresh take on the familiar will give attendees a new appreciation for Wisconsin-made.
